Hilde Hoenisch's Page
Since husband Paul retired in 1977, they have traveled to the Fountain of Youth in the Salton Sea area of Southern California and usually stayed almost 6 months. Only when Paul had his stroke in 1995 did they miss 1 year. But after Paul's death, Hilde continues to go down. She loves it down there and celebrated her 83rd birthday in 2001. She loves her daily walks with the dog, and enjoys performing classical piano pieces. In 2002 she sold her trailer.
